About Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce
The Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit business organization founded in 2003 to serve Chaldean and other Aramaic-speaking entrepreneurs and professionals across Michigan. Based in Metro Detroit, the Chamber brings together hundreds of member companies representing thousands of businesses, leveraging their collective strength to grow the regional economy and open doors for its community. Its mission centers on building business, relationships, and community through high-impact networking events, educational programs, corporate partnerships, and direct access to policymakers and industry leaders. The Chamber also acts as a visible advocate for its members, engaging in public policy, economic development, and issues affecting small businesses and immigrant communities. Through affiliates like the Chaldean Community Foundation and the Chaldean Professional Network, as well as publications such as The Chaldean News, it helps preserve Chaldean identity while creating new professional pathways for Assyrian, Chaldean, and Syriac families. By championing entrepreneurship, mentorship, and collaboration, the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce has become a central hub for business leadership and a powerful engine of opportunity for the wider community.
